The short, produced by Circe Films and Kaap Holland Film, follows Mary, Billybud, and Fumbleton—characters from an eighties children’s TV series called Wander to Wonder. The film premiered at the Venice Film Festival and has since received widespread recognition. It recently won Best Short at the British Independent Film Awards and was also nominated for an Oscar®️ in the Best Animated Short Film category. To date, it has been selected for over 140 festivals and has won 43 awards, including honors at SXSW, the Animation Is Film Festival, the Tampere Film Festival, and Anima Brussels.
